TPM Poznań, Poland

TPM Poznan - September 8 - 11, 2022

Partners planned to organize the Transnational Project Meetings of Coordinators in Poznań at the very beginning stage of the project, in November 2020, and later continue with online project meetings. The meeting was supposed to help partners to get to know each other, learn more about their institutions, build a team based on reliability and respect, make all necessary administrative and organizational arrangements, discuss the expected outputs, divide duties and responsibilities and plan the calendar of local events and activities leading to international educational mobility. However, because of the pandemic and lockdowns in partner countries and the war in neighbouring Ukraine, organizing offline meetings was not possible till September 2021. That is why the teams started regular monthly meetings online, on Zoom.

As a result, the Transnational Project Meetings of Coordinators in Poznań was organized in the final stage of the project. Two coordinators from each partner school met for 2 working days in Poland to sum up and evaluate educational mobilities, to make all final decisions and arrangements, discuss outputs, promotion, dissemination and final evaluation, to sum up what should be done, divide duties and responsibilities. Most attention was paid to final development of the project website, blog, you tube channel and to creation of learning teaching materials.

Apart from all administrative and coordinating work, representatives of partner organizations had also the chance to visit the Polish school KONTAKT CJO, meet Polish teaching staff during and taste some traditional local dishes and delights.

The local heritage route included:

  • The St Martin’s Croissant Museum and show,
  • historical Poznań photos and the history and legends of Chwaliszewo district,
  • a walk to historical Śródka Distict, visiting Ostrów Tumski with the Cathedral and recently reworded glass installation,
  • local artictic Mural,
  • Interactive Museum of Poland’s origins Brama Miasta ICHOT

This traditional form of the project meeting was really successful, it proved that the coordinators had formed a professional and well-integrated international team, who can deal well with project coordination, implementation and dissemination
