Erika Gerardini
Graduated in foreign languages and international communication at Parma University, Erika soon started to work in the field of international youth mobility and European projects in Rome during the civil service by AFSAI, Associazione per la Formazione e gli Scambi Culturali (2003-2004). One of the main important working experiences for her has been afterwards, from 2005, by the FNG Forum Nazionale Giovani (The National Youth Council), for 3 years as an international officer, project designer, and trainer. Since 2015 trainer and didactic responsible for all JUMP training (Erasmus Plus catalogue) coordinating experts and trainers on the different topics.
Pietro Curatola
Graduated in business economics, Pietro has been working for 16 years in the field of business development and access to finance. In 2021 he founded JUMP Gioventù in riSalto and started to train himself in the field of Project Design and Management, applying for grants and monitoring EU funding programs, upgrading himself, and networking. He attended a 5 months high-level master’s in Rome. In 2013 – 2014 JUMP was soon awarded the first EU projects and it started a period of intensive activities, training, and mobilities in Italy and abroad. Now is still JUMP President and engine, organizing events, training, and being also a private consultant for potential young entrepreneurs.
Sonia Simpatico
Trainer on Outdoor Education, ECO-SCHOOL and ecological education, research in the educational field. In 2020 she started a forest school project, where her mission is to (re) connect children to nature by experiencing it in all its nuances and elements with their 5 senses. Sonia achieved a bachelor in economics & management and has run her company since 2016, offering to her customers translations, training and business support services. She worked as a trainer and personal developer in a Swiss bank and by the Swiss Post. In Germany she worked as a sales executive in real estate and in a multimedia content developer company.
Francesca Politi
Francesca is a Calabrian, Milan based student currently getting a degree in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation. She dreams of becoming a polyglot in order to see the world from as many angles as possible.
Francesco Tirinato
Sociologist, Social media manager. Francesco graduated at the University “La Sapienza di Roma” in Sociology, specialising in management and coordination of social policies, with a specific focus on planning and designing of the territorial social services system. Since 2017 he has been a freelance facilitator for European projects in the association and non-profit sector. He collaborates with the association Euphoria at Spazio Europa, managed by the Office in Italy of the European Parliament and the Representation in Italy of the European Commission. He carries out as a Team leader non-formal activities for young students focused on various topics, including: active European citizenship, future of the EU, environment and sustainability in Europe.
Ylenia Azzaro
Graduated at Modena University in “Languages for Enterprise Communication and International Organizations” in 2017. She has a great passion for intercultural contexts and international exchanges. She currently works with JUMP Association in the field of Erasmus Plus, as a Social Media Manager and Administrative Support. She also collaborates as a trainer for Experience Italy, Outdoor Learning and Outdoor Education courses. She’s a very open-minded person, always ready for new challenges and adventures.
